Day 1: Fez – Midelt

Breakfast and departure to the Middle Atlas mountains, crossing the great cedar forests inhabited by pastoralist communities. From here, we leave the bustle of big cities and we go inside and we find friendly and peaceful people dedicated to agriculture and grazing. Dinner and overnight. Hotel ***.

DAY 2: Midelt – Merzouga

Down south, past the mountains of the High Atlas, arrive at Errachidia, where the first big palm of the trip. These oases of greenery create a microclimate ideal for growing all kinds of fruit trees, vegetables, etc.. The continuing route leads to Erfoud, the economic capital of the region of Tafilalet. In this area, the fossils abound that testify to a past covered by the sea. From here the asphalt disappears for a Saharan tracks adobe reach the village of Merzouga. Dinner and overnight. Hostel.

Day 3: Merzouga – Merzouga

After breakfast you will start the grand tour of the dunes, passing through many villages in the desert. One of them is the village where clapping Khamlia where to enjoy the music of Gnawa and then continue via the desert nomads in their haimas, discover a new meaning of life … In the afternoon you will take the camels for the night in the middle of the dunes under a nomadic Bedouin tent.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ouarzazate

Breakfast and departure for the call route of a thousand Kasbahs, arrival at the Todra Gorges with walls of about 300m. Possibly one of the most beautiful places in Morocco. We continue to the Dades gorges in this region create a micro-climate conducive to vegetation and crops, including extensive palm groves. Arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight. Hotel ***.

DAY 5: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast we go to visit the Kasbah of Taourirt. On the road a few kilometers from Ouarzazate, visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and the setting for many films, as Gladiator, Troy, Laurens Arabia, etc..
