Starting our trip from Fes to Marrakech is thrilling, especially with mountain adventures. Morocco is known for its culture, history, and natural beauty. As we leave Fes, we'll travel through the Atlas Mountains, seeing amazing views and quaint villages. Our first day is packed with exploration and adventure. We'll visit old medinas and hike scenic trails. Morocco's diverse landscape is stunning, with mountains, valleys, and deserts. We'll also get to experience local culture and hospitality, making our trip unforgettable.

ay 1: FEZ – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA DESERT (ERG CHEBBI)
In the morning, around 7 am, you’ll begin your journey southeast toward Errachidia, passing through Ifrane, which was once the capital of the Jewish Kingdom long ago. You’ll continue to Merzouga via Midelt, the Ziz Valley, and the Ziz Gorges, heading toward the Sahara Desert. Along the way, you’ll stop at Morocco’s largest cedar forest, where you might spot Barbary apes. The journey continues through the lush Ziz Oasis, with stops for scenic views and passing by friendly Berber villages. You’ll reach Erfoud, then Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, Morocco’s current ruling family. After a short break in Merzouga, you’ll hop on camels waiting to take you on a desert adventure through the dunes. This is a great chance to witness a stunning sunset. You’ll spend the night in a comfortable Berber camp, complete with drums and music, right in the heart of the golden Sahara Desert.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorges – Boumalne Dades
If we wake up early, we can enjoy the beautiful sunrise, where the colors of the sand dunes mix with the shadows to create an amazing view. After breakfast, we’ll ride camels for a few hours (or less, depending on your preference). Then, we’ll head to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges for lunch. Along the way, we’ll pass through Tinejdad and the Todra Valley. This area is stunning, and there are many chances to take walks, like by the river through the gardens or along the road on the other side of the gorge. Later, we’ll continue to the Dades Valley and the Dades Gorges, where we’ll spend the night in a hotel.

8:00 am to 10:00 am
Day 3: BOUMALNE DADES – ROSE VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH
After breakfast, we will drive through the villages in this beautiful area, passing fields worked by Berber women, with the High Atlas mountains in the background. Our trip will then take us to Ouarzazate, following the Rose Valley, known for its Rose Festival in May, and past the Kasbahs in the Skoura oasis. Next, we’ll visit Ouarzazate, often called the Hollywood of Morocco, where we’ll explore the film museum. Then, we’ll head to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a famous location for many Hollywood movies. This is the most well-known kasbah in Morocco. From here, we’ll cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass, the highest in Africa. In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Marrakech.
