Day 1: MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU – ZAGORA
Your exciting trip starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech at around 7:30 AM for a shared 2-day desert tour to Zagora. Sit back and enjoy the ride as you travel through the Tizi Ntichka pass (2,260 meters high) and pass by several traditional Berber villages made of clay. You might even see locals taking care of their goats! There will be a stop in the High Atlas Mountains where you can take photos, stretch your legs, or have a coffee. When you arrive at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, you’ll have free time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage site, famous for its ancient fortified village. It has been used as a filming location for many Biblical movies and photo shoots. If you want a guided tour, After visiting the Kasbah, you’ll have an hour for lunch at your own pace. The journey then continues past Ouarzazate, through the northeastern part of the Anti-Atlas Mountains, and on to the oasis of Agdz.After a short stop in the village center, you'll see amazing views along the Draa Valley. Here, you'll find old Kasbahs and green oases filled with many date palm trees. The Draa Valley has the biggest palm tree farm in Morocco. You'll reach the Zagora desert in the late afternoon, where you'll meet your camel group. Your camel adventure in the Zagora desert starts with a one-hour ride during sunset. Remember, Zagora doesn't have many sand dunes. Just before it gets dark, you'll ride your camels to our Berber desert camp, which is in a very remote spot. Tonight, you'll have a tasty Moroccan dinner at your Bedouin camp, followed by a fun drum show around the campfire. Your local desert guides will play and sing traditional songs until about midnight. You can learn about the stars or just enjoy the peaceful desert under the clear night sky.

Day 2: ZAGORA – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH
Your camp team will wake you up early to see the sunrise. After breakfast, you’ll ride camels back to the main road to meet your driver and vehicle. Then, you’ll head to Ouarzazate, where you’ll stop for lunch at a local café. If there’s time, you can visit Taourirt Kasbah (entrance fees may apply). In the early afternoon, you’ll drive back to Marrakech, passing through the High Atlas Mountains. Your overnight desert tour from Marrakech to Zagora will end around 7:00 PM in summer and 8:00 PM in winter.
